Had brunch here on the weekend and it was so good - amazing ambience, food and service. I had a chilli scramble egg and the texture on the omelette with the bite from the cheese was perfect! The peach cold brew was also yummy, I’ve never had a peach-flavoured cold brew before Afterwards I purchased one of the Nutella lattes in a bottle from the fridge to take home and it tasted like Bailey’s Irish cream. Would love to drop by again the next time I fly up to Gold Coast

From the moment we walked in, Paradox Coffee Roasters delivered on every front. The vibe is warm, modern, and buzzing with life. The exposed brick, high ceilings, and stylish booth seating create a perfect backdrop for a relaxed brunch or catch-up over coffee. The coffee? Outstanding. Smooth, rich, and clearly roasted with care—some of the best we’ve had on the Gold Coast. We had both a long black and a flat white, and each cup was spot on. The food menu was just as impressive. The dishes are beautifully plated and packed with flavour. We tried the chilli scrambled eggs and the eggs Benedict on hash—both were absolutely delicious and thoughtfully balanced. There’s also a vibrant selection of fresh pastries and grab-and-go options at the counter, making it ideal for both dine-in and takeaway. Service was friendly and efficient, and the café had a great rhythm to it, even during busy times. Highly recommend Paradox if you’re after excellent coffee, creative food, and a great space to enjoy it in.

My favourite cafe and breakfast spot in Surfers Paradise. I work across the road and come here at least once a week. Coffee is always good and food is really nice too. Great portion sizes and fair prices. Staff are all friendly

Great coffee shop with excellent service! I ordered a batch brew even after the serving time had passed, and the staff still kindly made one just for me. Really impressed by their warm and thoughtful service — I’ll definitely come back!
